Regardless of what any price guide may indicate, this label is extremely difficult to find. This copy took over a year to locate. Between 2010 and 2018, I had seen only three copies.

The first recorded copy to sell, sold on eBay on October 12, 2018 for $250 plus shipping.3. The second recorded copy to sell, sold on eBay June 1, 2020 for $175 plus shipping.4
